Please note the following.

• No long appointments will be entertained on week ends
• Please do not make appointments for childhood immunization on week ends

All Medicare card holders and concession card (if applicable) holders must produce their card at every consultation.

If you are experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, have travelled overseas in the past two weeks or have had contact with a person who has been diagnosed with Corona Virus (Covid-19) - please do not make a doctor's appointment through the HealthEngine booking system (or mobile app). Instead, call the practice and the doctor can guide you on the appropriate course of action.
